The Muthoot Plaza (A Sarovar Premium Hotel)

The Muthoot Plaza is located down S.M.R.V Lane in Karamana. It is a part of the Sarovar group, but here in Trivandrum, we just run it like our own place. The address is Tc 20/2938 and we get a lot of travelers staying with us for all sorts of different reasons. Some are here for business and others are just passing through Kerala on a trip. It can get pretty hectic in the lobby when a big group of people arrives all at once. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the kitchen is prepped for breakfast in the morning. The lane outside is usually very busy with local traffic. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best snacks in town. It’s a tall building and you can see it from quite a distance. Inside, it stays a bit quieter than the noisy street outside. We have different floors with guest rooms and places for people to meet up. Sometimes there are weddings or small parties happening in the halls. It takes a lot of work to keep a hotel running day and night. There is always a light on at the front desk. We don't really do big speeches, we just show up and make sure the guests have what they need for the night. Trivandrum is a busy city, so we try to keep things organized.
