The Leela Palace Kempinski

We are situated over at Vishnu Nivas in Valiyarathala, which is part of Ooruttambalam in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The pincode here is 695507. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city hub, but it’s where we are based. The Leela Palace Kempinski has this office here to handle various things. Thiruvananthapuram is a beautiful place, and being in the Ooruttambalam area means it’s a bit quieter than the downtown streets. We work out of this building, and it’s a fairly standard setup. There are trees around and it feels like a real neighborhood. We have been here for a good amount of time. People sometimes have a little trouble finding the exact turn for Valiyarathala, but once you’re on the right path, it’s easy. We aren't into big fancy talks; we just handle the business at hand. The Kerala weather can be quite humid, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just local people working in this office. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a nice enough place to spend the workday. We appreciate the locals who know us by name and drop by once in a while. Anyway, that is pretty much what our life is like here at the office.
