Badrina Hotel

We are located in Beemapally, Thiruvananthapuram, specifically right near the Beemapally mosque area. It’s a very local neighborhood with a lot of history. Our hotel isn't one of those high-rise buildings you see near the airport. It’s a more grounded place where people come to stay when they are visiting the shrine or just passing through the city. The rooms are basic but we keep them as clean as we can. We have a small staff of local guys who know the area well. If someone needs to know where to find a good meal or how to get to the bus stand, we can usually tell them. The atmosphere around here is quite unique, especially during the festival times when it gets very crowded. We’ve seen the streets change over the years, but our little hotel stays pretty much the same. We don’t have fancy carpets or big chandeliers. It’s just a place to sleep and wash up. Most of our guests are regulars who come every year. We don't bother with online booking systems much, usually people just show up or call us on the phone. It's a simple life running a place like this. We handle the laundry and the cleaning ourselves mostly. It feels more like a big house than a hotel sometimes because we get to know the people staying with us. We just try to provide a quiet corner in a busy part of town.
