Euro Inn Hotel

Euro Inn Hotel is located over at Tc.31/240, right near the ITI in Chackai, which is part of the Pettah area in Thiruvananthapuram. Being in Kerala, the weather is usually quite humid, so we are always checking the air conditioning in the rooms to make sure things are staying cool for whoever is staying with us. The hotel is close to the road, so you hear the buses and the motorbikes going by throughout the day. We are right in the middle of a very local neighborhood, which is nice because there are small shops nearby if anyone needs a snack or something. The front desk is usually manned by one of us, sitting behind a wooden counter that has seen better days, but it does the job. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and changing the linens because the dust from the street just seems to find its way in no matter what we do. It’s a simple building, nothing too tall or modern looking, just a practical place to stay if you are in the city for work or just passing through.
