Hotel Geeth International

Our hotel is tucked away at A.R.A-194 in Vilayil Lane. It’s right by Kavarady Junction here in Trivandrum. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with shops and people moving about. We’ve been here in this building for quite a while. It’s a simple spot, nothing too grand, but it works for what people need. We spend most of our time cleaning rooms or checking people in at the small front desk. Life in Kerala is usually warm, so we spend a lot on electricity for the fans and lights. The lane is narrow, so sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze for cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We are locals who have lived in Trivandrum forever. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just put out our sign and wait for folks to come by. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky pipe or paint over a damp spot on the wall because the monsoon is tough on buildings here. We try to keep the tea hot and the rooms ready. Most of our guests are just passing through for work or to see relatives. We aren't trying to be the most famous place, just a reliable one on Vilayil Lane. It’s a quiet life inside the hotel even when the junction is noisy.
