Classic Avenue Business Class Luxury Hotel, Trivandrum

We are over here at Kera-86 in the Kanjirampara area of Trivandrum. It’s a busy spot in the city and our building, which people call Dreams, is where we spend most of our time. The day usually starts early with the morning arrivals coming in from the airport or the station. There is always someone at the front desk and we try to keep things moving so people don't have to wait around with their bags. We have a lot of rooms to look after and the staff here has been around for a long time so we know the routine. Most people come here for work trips or business meetings in the city. The halls can be a bit quiet during the day when everyone is out at their offices. We spend a lot of time checking the linens and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the next meal. It isn’t always perfect but we do what we can to keep the place running. There’s a lot of traffic on the road outside sometimes but once you are inside it feels a bit more settled. We don’t really do much fancy talk here. We just show up, handle the keys, and make sure the AC is working right because it gets pretty hot in Kerala. Sometimes we sit in the back office and go over the books or talk about what needs fixing next. That’s just how it is here.
