Texas Tours And Travels

Our place, Texas Tours And Travels, is No Tc 16/839 1 on Kochar Road in the Jagathy area. It is very close to the Government High School, so you can always hear the school bell and the kids shouting when classes are over. The name Texas is just something we went with, even though we are right here in Thiruvananthapuram. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and folders we need for the tours and travel bookings. We use a lot of paper even though everything is supposed to be digital now. Most days are spent answering the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It gets dusty because of the road work that always seems to be happening nearby. We have a couple of old computers that we probably should have replaced years ago, but they still work. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don't do anything too fancy here. It's just about getting the transport sorted and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes there are mix-ups with the schedules, and we have to stay late to fix them. It's a bit stressful when the holidays come around and everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. But we manage it somehow, sitting here in Jagathy. It’s not a big company, just a local business trying to keep things moving day by day.
