Thampanoor is the heart of the city, especially with the railway station right there. Our office is in PTC Towers on S S Kovil Road. It’s a good spot because people are always coming and going. You can hear the city moving outside all the time. At Team Tours & Travels, we don't really do the whole corporate thing. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of notebooks full of scribbled dates and names. It gets a bit messy when we are busy, but we know where everything is. The traffic on S S Kovil Road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking if the trains are running on time for our clients. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve got some regulars who just drop in to say hello or book a quick trip to the airport. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we just try to get the work done and make sure the bookings are correct. Being in a building like PTC Towers means there are always other people around, which is nice. Sometimes we grab a tea from the shop downstairs when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. It’s just a normal, local business doing what we can for the travelers in Thiruvananthapuram. We've been at this location for a good while.
