Taj Hotels (Tiravandrum)

Taj Hotels (Tiravandrum) is the name we use, but our office is actually in Baroda. We are at S/3 Krishna Darshan Flats. It’s located near Nutan Vidhyalaya in the New Sama area. It’s a bit of a strange situation with the name and the location being in different places, but this is where we work from every day. The flat is in a regular residential building. You can hear the kids at the school nearby during the day. It’s a quiet part of Baroda. We don't have a big hotel building here. This is just where the management and the paperwork happen. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a flat where we handle our business. Gujarat is a good place to work, even if the weather gets very dry. We have our daily routine of checking emails and making phone calls. Most of our neighbors are just regular families. We don't use fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a small operation and we like keeping it simple. We aren't a huge team. We just focus on the details and try to keep everything organized from our little spot here. It’s a practical way to run things without having too much overhead or unnecessary expenses.
