T I M E Kids Pre School

Out here at Pullannimukku in Venganoor, things move at a bit of a slower pace compared to the city. We’ve been running T I M E Kids Pre School for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know the junction well. Most of the families around here know each other, so the morning drop-off usually involves a bit of chatting at the gate. We have a small outdoor area where the kids run around until they get sweaty and tired. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need. Inside, the rooms are filled with plastic blocks and those big picture books that have seen better days. The pages are a bit crinkled from too many little hands turning them. We deal with a lot of lost water bottles and sweaters that nobody claims for weeks. Venganoor gets quite green when it rains, and the kids like watching the water run off the roof. We try to keep things organized, but with children, that’s mostly a suggestion rather than a rule. There’s always someone crying because they dropped their biscuit or someone laughing because of a funny noise. It gets loud around noon before everyone settles down for a bit of quiet time. We just keep the routine going day after day, making sure the gate is locked and everyone has their bags ready when the parents show up later.
