Swagath India Tours & Travels

We are located right on Thaivila Road, which is usually pretty busy during the day because we are sitting right opposite the Ayurveda College. If you know that area in Thiruvananthapuram, you know it gets a lot of foot traffic. Swagath India Tours & Travels is basically just a small office where we spend our time answering the phone and trying to get travel plans sorted out for people. There are about three of us here most days. The fan stays on all the time because of the heat, and we have stacks of papers and schedules all over the desks. It isn't a fancy place with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s just a practical spot where we work. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear when someone calls, but we manage. People stop by to ask about bus timings or car rentals, and we do our best to help them out without making things too complicated. We’ve been at this address, 25/2164, for a while now. Most people find us because they are already in the area for the college or the nearby shops. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a regular one. It’s a lot of work coordinating drivers and making sure everyone gets to where they are going on time, but that is just what our days look like here. It's a simple life running a travel desk in this part of town.
