We have our computers and several stacks of paperwork that we try to keep in some kind of order. It’s not a corporate environment with a lot of rules; we just do what needs to be done each day. We talk to people about where they need to go and help them get the right tickets. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit noisy, but we manage just fine.
