Our office is actually inside Hotel Uthradam, which is over in Kumarapuram. It’s under the care of Thomas Alexander at TC 1/1895. Being right near the Medical College in Thiruvananthapuram means it’s always busy around here. There are always people moving back and forth, ambulances, and students. We’re right in the middle of all that. Soledad Hospitality isn't some big chain you’d see on TV. We’re just a small team working out of this building. We handle the daily tasks of running the place without much fuss. The Kumarapuram area is a good spot because everything you need is just a short walk away. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the bills are paid. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come through the Medical College area. The building is older, so there’s always something that needs a bit of oil or a new bulb. We like the neighborhood, even if the traffic gets a bit much in the evenings. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a straightforward business. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just here in Kerala, doing our bit to keep things running for whoever needs a place to stay while they are visiting the college or hospital area.
