Smart Holidays is over on Sasthamangalam Main Road. We are in the Thombil Buildings. It’s a decent spot in Thiruvananthapuram with a lot of movement. We’ve been working from this 695010 address for quite a while. The office is where we handle all the holiday planning. It’s mostly just us looking at maps and checking flight times. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a real workplace where we spend a lot of time on the phone. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon. We just talk plainly about what’s possible for a trip. Sasthamangalam is a nice neighborhood and we’re glad to be part of it. We see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. Our day usually starts early and ends whenever the work is finished. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just try to get the details right so people don't have issues later. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the brochures, but the important stuff gets done. We know the city well, so we can give advice on how to get around. We’re just regular people who enjoy the travel business. If you’re on the main road, you can’t miss the building. We’re usually inside working through the files. It’s just a normal local business. It’s a bit of a lived-in office, but we know where every single piece of paper is when we need it.
