Smart Cabs operates out of the Mukalel Building on Vikas Lane in Kunnukuzhy. We’re specifically at lane number 43. It’s a bit of a quieter pocket in Thiruvananthapuram compared to the main junctions. We like it that way. Most of our work is done over the phone, coordinating drivers and making sure pickups happen on time. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't a massive dispatch center with hundreds of screens. It’s just us keeping things moving. We know the 695035 area very well because we’ve lived and worked here for years. It’s a practical business. People need to get to work or the airport, and we help them do that. We don't use fancy marketing slogans. We just talk to our customers like neighbors because that’s what most of them are. The office is simple and functional. There’s always a bit of a mess with papers and car logs, but it works for us. We don't try to sound like a big national chain. We’re just a local cab office. Some days are stressful when the traffic is bad, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the job.
