Senior Front Office Executive,Guest Relation

We operate out of Chandralayam, which is located at T.C. 15/575 on U.S. Road. This is in the Sasthamangalam area of Trivandrum, not too far from Vellayambalam. The name on the door says Senior Front Office Executive, Guest Relation. It is a small place where we handle all the direct interactions with the people who come to see us. The office is basically one large room with a high ceiling. We have a wooden counter where we stand to talk to visitors. It is not a corporate setting with glass partitions or anything like that. We are just local staff doing our daily work. The street outside is usually busy with cars and bikes, so there is a constant hum of engines. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on the news, mostly just for background noise. Our files are kept in big plastic crates under the desks. It is not the most organized system, but we can usually find what we need after a bit of searching. We do not have any marketing brochures or glossy photos of the business. We just talk to people and help them with whatever guest relations issues they have. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break. It is a very simple way of doing things. We do not try to be anything we are not.
