S M Air Travel is based at the Bypass Junction in Kazhakuttam. We are located right opposite the District Co-operative Bank, which is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Thiruvananthapuram is a big place, but this little corner of Kazhakuttam feels like home to us. Our office is dedicated to air travel and all the things that go along with it. We don't have a big corporate team or any polished brochures. It’s just a small shop where we do the work ourselves. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to airlines. It can be a bit tedious, but we don't mind it. The junction is always loud with the sound of buses and horns, but that’s just life in the city. We have a few chairs for customers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people get their tickets and make sure their travel plans are sorted. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big promises. We just want to be honest and do a decent job every day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know the 695582 area very well. If you need something, you just walk in and we talk about it. It’s a very simple way of doing things, and it works for us and the people who come here.
