Our main office is situated at T.C.27/1362 in Rishimangalam, which is a busy little pocket of Trivandrum-35. Rajdhani Group Of Hotels operates from this address and it is where most of our administrative work happens. We have several rooms and properties to keep track of, so the desks are usually piled high with folders and guest lists. The building in Rishimangalam is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years. We handle the bookings, the laundry schedules, and the maintenance calls right from here. It is not a shiny corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is more of a practical space where we can talk loudly to each other and get things sorted out quickly. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when the hotels are full. Every day brings a different problem to solve, like a leaky pipe or a lost reservation, but we just take it as it comes. We are part of the local community here in Trivandrum and we like it that way. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide a place for people to sleep and make sure the lights stay on at our hotels without any drama or unnecessary polish in our daily routine.
