Qatar Airways

We are based at Radha Bhawan, which is a building in East Pattom. The address is T.C. 4/2532. This is where we handle things for Qatar Airways in the Trivandrum area. It’s not the airport counter, but a local office for dealing with various administrative tasks and passenger queries. The office is in a regular neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate hub. We have a few desks and some computers. Most of the time, we are busy with ticketing issues or helping people with their travel documents. Pattom is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street outside. We’ve been here for a while. It’s a convenient spot for people to drop by. We don’t have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. It’s a practical workspace. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful. We just try to answer everyone as they come. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the system. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously. We just make sure the paperwork is right so people can get where they are going. It’s a lot of data entry and checking schedules. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just tell people the flight times and the rules. It’s a simple job in a simple office in Trivandrum.
