Paramountairways

We've been running Paramountairways from Sajanvilla on A Vstreet in Balaramapuram for a while now. It's a quiet area in Trivandrum, zip 695501. Most people around here know where we are because we’ve been here for years. Dealing with air travel stuff keeps us busy every day. We handle bookings and look into different flight paths from this small office. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a few computers that sometimes act up when the weather is bad. My cousin helped set up the internet connection last year so we could work faster. We try to answer the phone whenever it rings, even if it's late in the afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out in Balaramapuram, and we just have to wait for it to come back on before finishing the paperwork. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. People come by the villa to talk about their trips or ask about prices for their families. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the screen.
