Our office isn't in a skyscraper; it’s right there in Nedungolam. Most of us who work here grew up around Kollam, so we’re used to the way things move slowly here compared to the big cities. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for flights. It’s mostly answering phones and checking computer screens all day long. Vrindavan is a familiar landmark for people living nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to keep things running for the people who need to fly. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep us cool. It’s a practical place. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with travel arrangements. Paravur is a good place to be based because it's easy for people from the surrounding villages to get to us without too much trouble. We’ve got a small crew and we all know each other’s names and families. It makes the workday go by a bit faster when you’re among friends. We just do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a good life.
