Muscot Hotel

You can find us over at Sunitha Bhavan in Csm Nagar. We’re located in the Edapazhiji area, not too far from Pangode. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops around. The building isn't huge, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve got the Thirumala post office nearby, which is handy for our mail. Most of the people working here have been in the hospitality line for a long time, so we know how to handle the daily rush. It’s not like those big chain hotels you see in the movies; it’s more of a local operation where we know many of the guests by name. The lobby is a bit small, and sometimes the chairs don't match, but it’s comfortable enough for a rest. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are tidy and the kitchen is ready for the next meal. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving furniture or carrying supplies up the stairs. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We just focus on being decent to people and making sure they have a place to stay when they’re in this part of town. It’s a simple life, and we like the routine of the hotel business in our little corner of Tvm.
