Madeena Travel is situated in the Nath Shopping Complex along the NH Road in Kazhakootum. We are very close to the Ariyas Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Thiruvananthapuram has changed a lot lately, and Kazhakootum has become quite a hub. We have been here in our little shop in the complex for some time now. We handle travel bookings and all the paperwork that goes with it. It is not always exciting work, but it is what we know. We don't have any big slogans or pages that sound like they were written by a machine. It's just us. We deal with tickets and visas and all those things that can be a real pain if you try to do them yourself. The office is usually filled with papers and the sound of the printer. We like being in the shopping complex because it’s convenient for everyone. If we aren't busy, we might be grabbing a coffee nearby. We don't pretend to be the biggest travel agency in the world. We are just a local business in the 695581 area code. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Some days are more stressful than others, but we manage. We just want to do right by the people who walk in through our door. That’s really all there is to say about us. We are just here doing our daily work in the complex.
