Our office is tucked away at Sree Lekhmi on Kattachel Road in Thirumala. It’s a part of the KRWA-98 residential area. We’ve been here in Thiruvananthapuram for a good while now. It’s not a flashy shopfront on a main highway; it’s more of a local spot where people come when they need to figure out their travel plans. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking for flights or sorting out visas. The street outside, Kattachel Road, can get a bit narrow when two cars try to pass, but that’s just how it is here. Most of our regular customers are people from around the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend. We don't spend money on big ads. We just sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to find the best routes for people. Sometimes it gets stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their passport, but we just deal with it. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about where everyone wants to go next. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. Thiruvananthapuram is home, and Thirumala is our little corner of it. We like being accessible to the locals without all the corporate layers. You just walk in, sit down, and we talk about your trip. It's straightforward and honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just want to make sure people have a smooth journey without any unnecessary hassle.
