Kuwait Airlines

We are working out of Mullasseril House in Bhagatsinghnagar, which is part of the Nalanchira area here in Trivandrum. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the city center. This is where we handle things for Kuwait Airlines. It isn't a massive airport office or a glass skyscraper. It’s just a regular building where we keep the computers and phones going. Sometimes the gate sticks a bit when you try to open it, so you have to give it a good tug. Inside, we have our desks set up to manage flight details and talk to passengers who need help with their tickets. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and the neighbors know us. There is a small garden out front that someone tries to look after, though the weeds get ahead of us during the monsoon. We have a few posters of planes on the walls to make it look the part. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We deal with a lot of phone calls from people asking about baggage or timing. It’s just a steady stream of work every day. You can find us easily if you follow the signs for Bhagatsinghnagar. It is a practical place for a practical job.
