We are Kerala Greenways Tours And Travels, located in Parvathy Bhavan, which is right at the Panavila Junction in Thambanoor. If you know the area, we are quite near the S.P Grand Days Hotel. Thambanoor is a very busy part of Thiruvananthapuram, and there is always something going on outside our windows. The traffic at the junction can be a real mess sometimes, but it means a lot of people pass by our door. We’ve got a small team here working on tour plans and travel arrangements for whoever walks in. The office stays a bit cool because of the shade from the bigger buildings nearby. We spend our days looking at maps and checking train or bus timings. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. We have some posters on the walls that are starting to peel at the corners. It’s not a polished showroom, just a functional space where we do our business. People coming from the railway station often drop in with their luggage to ask for directions or a quick booking. We try to help them out as best as we can without making things complicated. It’s just a regular job for us, keeping things moving in the travel world. We’ve been here for a while and the Panavila Junction feels like the center of our world most days.
