KALLAR VALLEY FARMS AND RESORTS LLP

Kallar Valley Farms and Resorts LLP is located at No. 9, Avenue Manor in Jawahar Nagar. This is in the Kaudiar P.O. section of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, with the 695003 pincode. We have a mix of farm activities and resort rooms here. The Avenue Manor building is our main spot in Jawahar Nagar. Kaudiar is a well-known part of the city, quite residential and usually kept very neat. We are an LLP, which helps us manage the farm side of the business along with the guest side. Thiruvananthapuram can be quite busy, but Jawahar Nagar is a bit more tucked away. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the plants and the grounds because that is the farm part of our name. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything green and healthy in the Kerala sun. The resort side of things means we also have to keep the rooms ready for anyone coming to visit the valley. We are not a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to make use of the land we have. People come by when they want to see a bit of greenery without leaving the city limits too far behind. We just handle the daily work ourselves and make sure the place at Avenue Manor is looking okay.
