You can find Indroyal Hospitality Services Privatelimited over at Royal Plaza in Pattom. It’s a pretty central spot in Trivandrum, so there is always something happening outside the windows. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for hospitality services from this office. It’s not a very big space, but it’s where we do all our planning and phone calls. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we really aren't one. We are just a group of people who know how the hotel and service business works in this part of Kerala. The Pattom area is always busy with people heading to the post office or the various shops nearby, and we’ve become part of that daily rhythm. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons making sure our staff at different locations have what they need. There is always some paperwork to file or a schedule to fix. It’s the kind of work that isn’t very flashy, but it’s what keeps things moving. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide services to the hospitality industry and try to be honest about it. If you happen to be in the Pattom Post area, you’ll probably see the building where we spend our days. We just keep our heads down and do the work without much fuss.
