Hotel Pankaj

People have been coming to M.G. Road for a long time, and we’ve been right here at P.B.No.110 for quite a while too. It’s a busy part of town. If you look out the front windows, you see the traffic and people rushing to work every morning. Hotel Pankaj isn't anything fancy, just a solid building where things work the way they should. We have a few floors and the rooms are kept clean by the same people who have worked here for years. You might see some peeling paint in a corner or a squeaky door, but that’s just how it is with older buildings on this street. We spend most of our day checking people in and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the morning tea. Most of our guests are regulars who know the staff by name. They don’t expect a palace, just a place to put their bags down and sleep after a long day of meetings or shopping nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s mostly just us handling the desk and making sure the laundry gets done. The fans hum in the hallways and the lobby usually has someone reading a newspaper. It gets a bit noisy during the festival season because of the main road, but that is part of being in the middle of everything. We just keep things running without making a big deal out of it.
