Hotel Horizen

If you need to find us or get a hold of us, we mostly use the email manojkollam@sify.com. Hotel Horizen is where we spend our time, and Manoj is the one usually keeping an eye on things. We do not have a big fancy website or a huge team of people answering phones. It is more of a personal thing here. We have been around for a while, and the way we run things is pretty simple. We look after the rooms, make sure the guests are doing alright, and handle the daily chores that come with running a hotel. It is a lot of laundry, cleaning, and talking to people who are just passing through. We are not a five-star luxury place with gold handles on the doors; we are just a practical place to stay. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are local events or holidays. We just take it as it comes. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves, and other times it is quiet enough that we can just sit for a minute and have a cup of tea. We do not use much marketing because people usually find us through word of mouth or by just knowing Manoj. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. We just focus on keeping the place clean and making sure anyone who stays with us has what they need for the night.
