Hillview Beach Resorts, Varkala

We are based at Pavithram, which is right near the bus stand in Varkala. It is a very easy spot to find if you are around here. We run Hillview Beach Resorts. Being so close to the bus stand means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It is a lively part of Varkala. We have been operating out of Pavithram for a good while. Our days usually start early. We have to check on the rooms and make sure everything is ready for whoever is arriving next. It is not a high-pressure office. We just do what needs doing. If a pipe breaks or a guest needs something extra, we handle it. The resort is our main focus. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us. We write down the bookings in a ledger and keep track of things the old-fashioned way. Varkala is a small enough place where everyone knows where the bus stand is, so people never get lost looking for us. We like being accessible. It is a bit noisy sometimes with the buses, but you get used to it. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a simple business. We provide a place to stay and we try to be honest about what we offer. That is about it. We do not have much else to say.
