This Hdfc Bank Ltd branch is located at Shrenika, Arra 74, right on Avittom Road. It’s pretty close to the Medical College post office in Trivandrum. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the hospital traffic and people rushing around. Our space is tucked into the ground floor. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the counters and a small waiting area with a few chairs that have seen better days. The staff here mostly grew up around Trivandrum, so we know the shortcuts and which days the traffic is going to be a nightmare. We spend most of our time dealing with regular banking stuff like deposits and helping people with their passbooks. It can get a bit loud when the lobby is full, especially on Mondays. There’s usually a bit of a line, but we try to move through it as fast as we can without making mistakes. The air conditioning sometimes makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the heat away. We keep the files in the back and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic. It’s just a normal bank branch doing what branches do. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything. People just come in, get their business done, and head back out to the street. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of town.
