Golden Eye Holidays

Our office is on the second floor of the Nagaparambil building in Pattom. It’s right on the Pmg Plamood Main Road, so we have a pretty good view of the traffic going by. We are directly opposite the Kerala State Women’s Commission. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of exercise every day climbing the stairs. Golden Eye Holidays is just a small team of us working in a room filled with travel brochures and old files. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have a decent breeze sometimes. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to find the best routes for people going on holiday. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our desk to help you. We try to keep things organized, though there are always some papers lying around. People in Pattom know us as the local travel guys. We don't use any big fancy words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and see if we can make it happen. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this part of Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a busy life, but it suits us just fine.
