We are based over at Rajeev Bhavan, which is right near the Boat Club in Trivandrum. Being Tc 32/19(I) makes it sound more complicated than it really is. It’s just our spot where we handle all the airport and ground service stuff. We spend most of our hours dealing with the logistics of people and planes. It gets pretty hectic because the airport never really sleeps, so neither do we. There is always some paperwork to finish or a vehicle that needs checking on. We’ve been in Kerala doing this for quite some time now. The office isn't huge, but it's where everything happens. We have a few desks and a lot of phones ringing. Sometimes the traffic near the Boat Club gets a bit much, especially in the rainy season when the roads get muddy. We usually just grab a coffee from the stall nearby and get back to work. It is a lot of coordination. You have to make sure things are on time or else everything falls apart. We aren't a big corporate machine, just a group of people trying to keep things moving smoothly on the ground. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or checking schedules. It’s practical work. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and how to get things done when there is a delay.
