Our little office is tucked away at number 41/1037 in Kuriyathi. If you’re coming through Manacaud, you’ve probably passed by without noticing us once or twice. We are quite close to the Kuttakottayi Madan Kovil Junction, which is a good landmark to use if you’re trying to find the place. It’s a bit of a tight street and parking can be a real headache some days, but we manage. The office itself is modest. We have a couple of old desks and some maps pinned to the walls. You can usually hear the bells from the temple nearby, especially in the evenings when things start to quiet down. We mostly deal with local tours and helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays. It’s just a few of us working here, so we know each other’s habits pretty well. There’s always someone coming in with questions about bus timings or train tickets. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be sitting there. Thiruvananthapuram is a hot place, so the fan is always running at full speed. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Shops open and close, but we’re still here in this corner of Kuriyathi. It’s a regular job for us, dealing with schedules and bookings every day. Sometimes we get a bit backed up with paperwork, but that’s just how it goes.
