We are located in Valiyathura, right on Airport Road. It’s a pretty straightforward spot to find in Thiruvananthapuram. The office is just a regular building where we handle various travel and tour tasks. Being near Valiyathura means we aren't too far from the coast, so you can sometimes feel a bit of a breeze, though the heat usually wins out. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. Our desks are covered in notebooks and travel brochures that have seen better days. We spend the day taking calls and sorting out itineraries for people. The road outside is usually busy with people heading toward the airport or the beach. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture. We have some sturdy old chairs and a desk that’s been with us since we started. We’ve gotten used to the sound of planes taking off and landing nearby. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just focusing on the paperwork and making sure we haven't missed any details. Most of the people who come to us are locals from the Valiyathura area or folks who live along Airport Road. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people just know we are here. It’s a practical workspace, and we just take each day as it comes, doing what needs to be done.
