Exicutive Housekeeper

Praveen and the team spend most of the day walking through the halls, checking on the rooms, and making sure the laundry is getting done on time. It is a lot of physical work and not very flashy. We are a small crew here, so we all know each other pretty well. Some days are very busy when the hotel is full, and other days we can take a bit of a breather and catch up on smaller tasks. The building isn't huge, but it takes a lot of effort to keep it looking decent for everyone who stays here. We get our supplies from local shops in Kollam. Sometimes things break and we have to figure out how to fix them quickly. It is just the normal, everyday routine for us. We don't have a fancy corporate office or a big HR team. We just come in, do the cleaning, and handle the housekeeping duties as they come up. It's a simple way to make a living, and we've been doing it at Nilapalace for a good while now. We try to stay out of the way of the guests and just focus on the cleaning work.
