Euro Vilage Compound

Euro Vilage Compound is based at Vaishnavam, which is part of the Melaranoor area in Karamana. Our specific location is Tc 23/1274(12) here in Trivandrum. It’s a place where we’ve settled in to manage the compound and everything that goes along with it. It isn't a massive complex with gates and guards everywhere. It’s more of a local spot where people live and do their thing. We spend a lot of time on the upkeep of the property. There is always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a leaky pipe or a gate that won't shut right. We don't have a big staff, so we usually end up doing a lot of the repairs ourselves or calling in a local guy we know. The neighborhood of Karamana is quite old and has a lot of history. We like being part of it. The compound gets a lot of shade from the trees around it, which is nice during the hotter months in Kerala. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything. We just live here and keep the place running as best as we can. Sometimes we have meetings with the people who stay here to talk about common issues, but it’s all very informal over a cup of tea. We’ve been at this address for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the area. It’s just a normal place for normal people.
