Our place is located at 165, Anjalika, over in the Mettugalli Extension in Mysore. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our time dealing with things that come from Kerala. The office isn't very big, but we manage to fit everything in. You’ll see boxes stacked up in the corners and some of us usually sorting through items. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve been at this 4th Cross address for a bit now, and the neighbors all know who we are. Some of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or bike in every morning. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they’re looking for a specific kind of lifestyle item that feels like home. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it gets a bit hectic when a big shipment arrives from across the border. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but mostly it’s just steady work throughout the day. Mysore is a good place to be, and Mettugalli has a decent vibe to it. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like what we do here at Anjalika.
