You can find us right on the main road in Karamana. It’s one of those spots in Thiruvananthapuram where it never really seems to get quiet. The cars and buses are always zooming past outside our door, making a fair bit of noise. We’ve been here in Karamana for a while now, and it’s a convenient place for people to pull over and come inside. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a sign out front and a glass door that stays a bit dusty because of all the traffic on the road. Inside, it’s just us working on travel plans and talking to customers. We don’t have fancy decorations or plush carpets. It’s a practical space meant for getting things done. Most of our days are spent checking schedules and making sure everything is lined up for people’s trips. Sometimes the local shopkeepers stop in for a chat when things are slow. We know the area well, from the little snack stalls to the bigger stores down the street. It’s a very local feel here. We handle the usual travel stuff, like bookings and itineraries, without much fuss. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, so we try to stay cool inside. It’s just a regular small business, nothing more and nothing less. We keep our books on the shelf and our pens in a jar, and we show up every morning.
