Our office is in the Attukal Shopping Complex, which is located in Thiruvananthapuram Fort. The area code here is 695023. Designs Tours & Travels has been operating from this complex for a while. It’s a good spot because there are always people coming and going for different things in the shopping center. We have a small space where we sit and take care of travel bookings. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s just a practical office with what we need to help people plan their travels. Thiruvananthapuram Fort is a busy area, and the shopping complex is a central part of that. We get a lot of walk-in customers who are already in the building for other reasons. We don't use any promotional language or big promises. We just look at the schedules and try to find the best way for people to get where they need to go. Every day is a bit different, depending on what people are looking for. Some days it’s very busy and we are juggling several things at once. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
