If you find yourself in the Vattiyoorkavu area of Trivandrum, you might come across Vasantha Bhavan. That’s where we are. Puthoorkonam is a busy little pocket of the city, and our office is right in the middle of it all. We’ve been operating under the name Daewoo E&C from this location for some time now. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper or anything, just a solid building that feels like part of the neighborhood. The 695013 pin code covers a lot of ground, but people usually know where Vasantha Bhavan is if they live nearby. We like being here because it feels real. There’s always some noise from the street, and you can hear the local traffic humming along throughout the day. It’s a practical place to work, really. Nothing too fancy inside, just desks and chairs and the usual stuff you’d expect. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the roadwork nearby, but that’s just life in Kerala. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the lights are on and we can get our work done, we’re happy. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know the turns in Puthoorkonam, but once you arrive, it’s pretty straightforward. We've got our routine down, and the location suits us just fine for what we do every day.
