Cosmopolitan Hospital

Cosmopolitan Hospital has been operating out of T.C.41/1729-5 in S L Vihar for a long time. We are right in the Manacaud area of Trivandrum, Kerala. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. We have a small office section where we handle all the patient files and the billing. It’s a lot of paper to keep track of, honestly. The building has been here for years, and you can see the wear and tear on the walls. We try to keep it clean, but with so many people, it’s a constant job. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. We aren't some big corporate health chain. We’re just a local place trying to help people feel better. Sometimes the waiting room gets crowded and folks get a bit cranky. We just do our best to talk to them and get things moving. The computers are a bit old and sometimes they take a minute to load the records. We use simple notebooks for a lot of things still because it’s faster. Manacaud is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We just stay focused on the patients. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’re used to it. We’ve been part of this community for ages now and we plan to stay.
