Cgh Earth.Ernakulam

This is the office for Cgh Earth in Ernakulam, though our actual mailing address is listed in Palkulangara, Pettah P.O., Kerala 695024. It’s an interesting spot because of how the local post system works around here. We deal with various things that are related to the local area and the environment. The office is just a regular, plain building located in Pettah. It’s a bit of a crowded neighborhood with lots of narrow streets, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We have a few rooms inside that are filled with old papers, maps, and files. Most of the people working here have lived right here in Kerala their whole lives. We know the land and the local water systems pretty well. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of complicated rules and HR departments. We just show up every morning and do whatever is necessary for the day ahead. Sometimes we have meetings that tend to go on a bit too long, but usually, we just get straight to work. The tea lady comes by twice every day and that is honestly the highlight for most of us. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just know what we need to do to get by. It’s a very practical way of working. The building itself is nothing special to look at, it's just sturdy and keeps the rain out. We like being in this part of town. If you need us, we are usually around.
