Cargo Assistent

We work out of a place called Madhavasaras, which is located at Tc 6/1284(2) in the Maruthankuzhy neighborhood. Our specific spot is Pra 159, and we fall under the Vattiyoorkavu Post Office in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s where we’ve set up Cargo Assistent. We handle a lot of different things related to shipping and local logistics. The office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space with plenty of room for all the papers we have to keep track of. Being in Kerala, we deal with the rain a lot, which can sometimes slow down the trucks, but we just manage it. We aren’t a big operation with a hundred people. It’s just a few of us who know the local routes and the customs people. We spend our days on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not fancy work, and we often go home with ink on our hands or dust on our shoes. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just show up every morning and try to make sure nothing gets lost. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to be working in our own neighborhood. We’ve been here for years and we know the shortcuts and the people around here. It is just us doing what we know best.
