Al Hind Tours & Travels is located at Tc 9/832 (11) on V J Lane in Trivandrum. We have been in this part of Kerala for quite some time now. The office is tucked away in the lane, so it is not right on the main noisy road. We mostly help people with their travel plans. It involves a lot of looking at schedules and prices. We have a couple of old maps on the wall, though we mostly use the internet now. The space is filled with stacks of papers and old flight itineraries. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything. People mostly find out about us from their neighbors. We sit at the desks and drink tea while we work through the bookings. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to the people waiting. We are not trying to be the biggest agency. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and their visas without too much trouble. It is a basic office with some plastic chairs and a cooling fan that makes a clicking noise. We like it here. It is home for us. We stay open until the evening most days to finish up the paperwork.
