Airtravel Enterprises India Ltd., Trivandrum

We’ve been here in Trivandrum for quite a while now. The office is over in Kerala 695 012. It’s a pretty busy spot most days because people are always coming in to figure out their travel plans. Usually, it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking at flight schedules and trying to make things work for folks who want to go somewhere else. It gets hot outside in Thiruvananthapuram, so we mostly keep the fans going and stay busy with the paperwork. We don't have anything fancy here. Just some computers and a lot of folders. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s a bit quieter. We handle a lot of different things related to trips. People walk in through the door from the street and ask about tickets or how to get to another city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. There are more shops now than there used to be. Working in a travel place like this means you hear a lot of stories about where people are going. Sometimes it’s for a wedding and sometimes it’s just for work. We just try to get the details right so nobody ends up stuck at the airport. It's a regular office job, really. We show up, deal with the bookings, and then head home when the day is done. It’s what we do here in Trivandrum, keeping things moving for whoever walks in.
