This isn't the big airport office; we are located at Raginivas in Kakkulam, which is part of the Peyad area. Rajeshchand is the one who handles things here. It’s a regular house turned into a workspace, tucked away in Kundamanbhagam. Being in Peyad is nice because it’s away from the heavy traffic of the main city, though it still gets busy during peak hours. We deal with a lot of the logistical side of things for the airline. There are always papers to file and coordinates to check. It might seem strange to have an airline-related office in a residential-looking spot, but it works for us. We’ve got our computers and our phones, and that’s mostly what we need. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of trees around Raginivas. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask about ticket prices or flight schedules, even though we mostly handle the technical or administrative side. We don't have a big shining sign or a lobby with fountains. It's just a practical office where we get the job done. Working here feels more personal than being in a giant glass terminal. You can hear the birds outside while you’re checking flight manifests. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, but it keeps us grounded while we deal with things that are up in the air. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and know the local area well. Every day brings a different set of emails and problems to solve, and we just tackle them one by one.
