Abad Airport Hotel

We've been here at Vrindavan Gardens for a while. Our office is in Flat Number 230, which is part of the Jayan M.K building in the Pattam area of Thiruvananthapuram. It's a busy spot but we like it. Abad Airport Hotel isn't just a business; it's where we spend most of our days. Jayan handles the paperwork and phone calls in the main room. People usually find us when they need a place near the airport that is not too complicated or overpriced. It gets noisy with the traffic outside during rush hour, but that's just how it is here. We keep things simple. There are no fancy uniforms or scripts for when guests arrive. If a lightbulb goes out or a tap leaks, one of us just fixes it. Most days involve checking arrival schedules and making sure rooms are ready for whoever is landing next. We’ve seen all sorts of travelers come through these doors. Some stay for a night, others for a few hours to catch some sleep. We just try to make sure they have what they need without making a big fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain pours down hard on the roof, but we manage. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Living and working around Pattam has its own rhythm that we've grown used to. We don't do much advertising, we just focus on the people coming in and out every day.
