YSR REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

We have got our setup for YSR Realty Private Limited over in Bhiwandi, specifically at H.NO.216, A Wing. We are in Gala 01 and 02 on the ground floor in Royalcity, which is on Anjur Road near Mankoli Village. It is an interesting spot because it is a bit away from the main city buzz, but still stays quite active with all the local trade. We are a private limited company, but we do not really act like those big corporate outfits you see in the city center. It is more of a local operation here. We handle realty stuff, mostly around the Bhiwandi area. The warehouse and industrial scene around here keeps us pretty occupied most of the time. Our office is simple and functional. We do not have fancy decor or anything like that. We just need enough space for our desks and a place for people to sit when they come to talk about property. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and trucks nearby, but that is just life in Mankoli. We have been working out of this Royalcity location for some time now and we have gotten to know the neighborhood well. It is a lot of hard work, making sure all the property deals go through without any hiccups. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to the people who walk through our door looking for a place. It is not fancy, but it works for us.
